Because this picture is considered disturbing the public, the British Press Complaints Commission eventually took part. They conducted an investigation and get a conclusion that is true, the Duchess of Cambridge’s photographs have been digitally through the repair process.
Nevertheless, the Grazia magazine said that they did not mean to offend any party.
“We do not intend to make changes to the body of the Duchess of Cambridge to make it appear thinner, and we apologize if that was the impression created,” said a spokeswoman Grazia as reported E! Online on Monday (8/15/2011).
The spokesman said the changes to the photo was done because they did not find one single picture of her being alone when she wore her wedding dress. Finally they use a photo Kate holding hands with Prince William.
William removed from the photo and digitally alter them to look her right hand holding a bouquet of flowers with both hands.
“It is using the reflection in one of the Duchess’s hand and unintentionally result in changes in waist size,” explained a spokesman for Grazia.
